1-2 Scoops of Orgain Organic Protein Power sold at your local Walmart, Amazon, or Whole Foods Supermarket.

1 small Banana, if the Banana is large, cut it in half (1 Banana equals 105 calories and 14g of sugar.

1 unsweetened cup of Almond Milk.

1/2 -1 cup of frozen fruits of your choice. (1 cup of fruits contain 12g of sugar, not too many fruits)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon (health benefits ) can lower blood sugar levels and reduce heart disease.

1 tsp grounded Flax Seed (health benefits) Omega-3 Fats, Protein, dietary fiber, may improve Cholesterol and lower Blood Pressure.

1 tsp grounded organic Chia Seed (doesn’t have to be organic) sold at Amazon or Whole Foods Supermarket(health benefits) antioxidants, fiber, protein, may help you lose weight, also high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

1/2tsp Allspice (optional). (Health benefit) The spice’s many antioxidants have anti-inflammatory properties that may ease cramps and aid digestion.

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
