Our return policy
Our refund policy is 14 days after receiving the item(s). If 14 days have passed since the postmark of the delivery of your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer will be responsible for paying for the return of any item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged will not be accepted for refund.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after the postmark delivery date will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 28, Snellville, GA 30078.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
