Healthy Oatmeal
Oatmeal is packed with lots of different nutrients, antioxidants and it helps to lower cholesterol. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
I preferred to cook mine on the stove top. This is just a tastier way to enjoy my Oatmeal while getting additional nutrients. It can be prepared with or without the added ingredients below. The added ingredients just add more nutrients to the already health benefit that we get from Oatmeal.
Oatmeal can be enjoyed at anytime, especially with added healthy ingredients.
So I substituted Raisins
for Sweetened Condense Milk.
