The Birth of Connections Paradise

For most of my life, I struggled with mental and emotional pain that caused me to be stuck, sick, and tired with my life. So, after my breakthrough healing from emotional and mental pain.

 In November 2019, I got a vision from God  to start a business by sharing my story to connect with individuals stuck, sick, and tired of their lives like I was emotionally, mentally, and physically.

In February 2020, I founded Connections Paradise to share my story and connect with others who are stuck, sick, and tired of their lives like I was and are ready for a transformation breakthrough in their mental, emotional, and physical health. To become unstoppable, undefeated, and unshakable so that nothing can stand in their way.

Before Connections Paradise

Before Connections Paradise, I was a fitness enthusiast who trained hard at our local YMCA for seven years, five days a week. My workout sessions lasted for two to three hours each day, including group fitness classes and free weights.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, and gym closures prevented me from going to the YMCA, I took charge of the situation. I began training on my deck with whatever equipment I could find, and later shifted to working out in my driveway and local parks.

In the summer of 2022, I took things to the next level by organizing group fitness boot camps in the nearby parks. This helped me connect with the local community and share my passion for fitness with others.
